"The Vanity Project" - featuring Steven Page and Stephen Duffy -
album tentatively set for a late-June release
The Vanity Project is a collaboration between Steven Page and longtime/frequent songwriting partner Stephen Duffy.
Stephen Duffy was a founding member of Duran Duran, but left the band before they became big.
The Lilac Time were the opening act for BNL on their March/April 2001 UK Tour.
Flagship Recordings was launched by Marc Nathan.
The self-titled album from The Vanity Project is tentatively set for a late-June release.
The album will include 12 Songs, 11 of which are Page-Duffy compositions.
A four track radio sampler will be sent to AAA and non-commercial radio stations in late April.
Stephen has released several albums with his band The Lilac Time.
Together with Robbie Williams, Duffy has co-written Robbie's hit-single Radio.
