BNL to perform with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra on May 29th 2004

The Sonic Bloom 2004 takes place in the Roy Thomson Hall on May 29th 2004 at 8:00 pm.
The Event is a Fundraiser for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
Barenaked Ladies, Margo Timmins (Cowboy Junkies), Matt Dusk and Sarah Slean
will perform with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

BNL will play some of their songs with the TSO arranged by former BNL member Andy Creeggan.
With the exception of the Feb-24-04 Ottawa Show (Andy joined BNL on stage during Lovers In A Dangerous Time),
this will be the first BNL/Andy Creeggan Collaboration, since Andy left BNL 1995 to pursue an education in composition.

Also on the bill are Margo Timmins of the Cowboy Junkies, and Sarah Slean. Most exciting for us is the fact that we are playing a handful of our songs with the TSO – in arrangements by none other than Andy Creeggan. This is our first collaboration with Andy (apart from his guesting on Lovers at the Ottawa show last tour) since 1995. He left the band to pursue an education in composition, so it should be a lot of fun to see what he comes up with – we’ve given him some pretty interesting choices.
